yo 形のみ不規則（c → qu の綴り変化）です。他のすべての活用は規則的な -ar パターンに従います。

よくある間違い
間違い： 'me comuniqué' を 'me comunice' と書く。
正しい形： me comuniqué
理由： 「u」がないと、「e」の前の「c」は柔らかく発音されます。硬い「k」の音を保つには、「qu」が必要です。
