願望、欲求、疑い、感情、不確実性を表す表現の後には、現在形の接続法が必要です。「estropear」の場合、「Espero que no estropees la sorpresa」（サプライズを台無しにしないでほしい）や、「Dudo que él estropee el plan」（彼が計画を台無しにするとは思えない）のように言うことができます。

現在形の接続法では「estropear」は規則的です。語幹は「estrope-」のままで、接続法における-ar動詞の標準的な活用形が使われます。

間違い： 否定命令で「no」を忘れる。
正しい形： 単に「estropees」ではなく、「no estropees」を否定命令に使ってください。
