Morrisdanseren som mistet siste buss

Tom is a Morris dancer. He has bells on his legs. He has white clothes and red ribbons. Today, Tom dances in a small village in England. Many people watch and clap. Tom loves the music.

But now, Tom has a problem. He looks at his phone. It is 9:15 at night. The last bus home was at 9:00. The bus is gone. Tom is alone in the dark street. He does not have a car. He feels cold and sad.

Then, a door opens. An old woman looks out. 'Are you the dancer?' she asks. 'Yes,' Tom says. 'I missed the bus.' The woman smiles. 'Come in,' she says. 'My son can drive you home.' Tom goes inside. The woman makes tea. Tom is happy. He missed his bus, but he has a new friend.
