The Mystery Accent Mark
We add an accent mark on the 'é' to make sure the stress stays on the same part of the word ('SAY') even after we add the extra 'me' syllable at the end.
Don't forget the accent
Mistake: “enseñame”
Correction: enséñame. Without the accent, the rules of Spanish would make you emphasize the 'ña' sound instead of the 'se' sound.
