1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Inklingo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Inklingo website (the "Site") and the Inklingo mobile application (the "App"), collectively referred to as our "Services," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Inklingo is a language learning platform that provides interactive stories, vocabulary tools, grammar resources, dictionaries, conjugation tools, and other educational content designed to help users learn languages. Some features may require account creation or a paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Services without our prior written consent.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including but not limited to text, stories, graphics, images, audio, software, and the design and arrangement thereof, is the property of Inklingo or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use as intended by the Services.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Services may be available through paid subscriptions. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

7. User Content

You may be able to create, save, or upload content within the Services (such as saved words or story progress). You retain ownership of any content you create. By using the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Inklingo is an educational tool and does not guarantee any specific learning outcomes. The effectiveness of the Services depends on individual effort and usage.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inklingo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Services exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inklingo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
